Is the Demo a free trial?
No. The Demo is a prepared, read-only example environment. Your paid account starts clean with your own rabbits and records, and Demo data is never copied across.
Which plan is right for me?
Pet Owner (A$17/month) is for people caring for their own rabbits. Breeder (A$27/month) adds the Rabbit Hub, breeding pairs and pregnancies, litters and kits, pedigree generation and printing, genetics and lineage tracking, buyers, waitlist and expenses for people running a breeding program. Not sure? Try both Demos first.
Are the prices in Australian Dollars (AUD)?
Yes. All BunnyBuddyHQ prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
How does the Founder rate work?
The first 30 Pet Owner and first 20 Breeder subscriptions get a Founder rate of A$12/month and A$17/month. It continues while your subscription stays continuous. If a payment fails, you have 7 days to fix it and keep your Founder rate. Cancelling ends the Founder rate.
Does Ask BunnyBuddy replace my vet?
No. Ask BunnyBuddy provides educational and organisational support and can make mistakes. It does not diagnose illness or replace a rabbit-savvy veterinarian. If you're worried about your rabbit, contact your vet.
Can I bring in the records I already have?
Yes. Smart Import helps you bring across information you already have, so you don't have to start from scratch.
Who can see my rabbits' records?
Your records are private to your account and protected by access controls. You decide what to share. See our Privacy & Security page for the details.
